Very cute but finish does chip - I have had this since March (5 months) and I do really like it but the paint is chipping, espeically inside the bowls so that is why only 3 stars. I added colored rocks to hide the chipping and to change the color of the lights as they are very white. Red glass rocks would be fun to give it that tiki torch look. I have achieved the Adventureland vibe I was looking for, just wish the finish was more durable or sealed.
Great fountain! - Great fountain - fits beautifully in my sand pit! Holds a lot of water (over 3 gallons) and looks awesome at night. Only suggestion I have, for those setting up outdoors, is to add a screen on the bottom pond to keeps bugs from getting sucked into the reservoir- other than that this is great!
So far so good ! - Works great so far! Initially I was confused on how to set it up. Pump went inside on the bottom/ floor of the tiki & fully submerged in water before turning it on. Filled it up with water through the little door. The little hole in the 3rd basin water is supposed to flow back down to the base. (I also painted it , just fyi) (power cord for the lights no longer works one month later)
Tropical Oasis - This was a nice addition to my backyard oasis. Very soothing sound.
4 weeks after purchase! Paint peeling off! - What a dissapointment?! After using the tiki water fountain occasionally for only 4 weeks, using the correct water mentioned in the directions, we find the paint chips peeling away and looks horrible! It's past my Amazon return date, but for the price paid, Alpine should replace my product! Wow! Home Depot carries this item, and I should have bought it there; easier to return locally. Alpine, what will you do to make this right? I looked up product support, and it's just a merry-go-round phone tree. No help.
Nice but paint sucks! - After 1/2 way through the summer, AND after spraying a sealer on it as they recommended, the paint is still peeling!
5 ⭐️ Customer Service - I had some issues with the first fountain I purchased. Contacted customer service and they replied right away. They assessed the situation and sent a replacement immediately. I love the look and sound of this fountain. It wasn’t quite the sound I was looking for, so I added some river rocks to the basin and it made it perfect. It also dimmed the lights a bit for more of a soft ambiance.
Nice fountain, but no lights - Bought this fountain for my tropical patio theme. Nice fountain, but the lights did not work. After reading the reviews from others about the lights being a problem or burning out, I decided to buy outdoor solar pool lights to add to the fountain and they look great.
Great customer service!! - We received our tiki fountain in January and loved it but had a problem with the water bowls spilling over out of the fountain. I contacted Alpine Fountains and spoke with Grace in customer service. She was so helpful. She requested photos of the current fountain and our issues it may have had. Alpine Fountains sent a replacement right away! We set it up and it is fantastic. Thank you to Grace and Alpine Fountains for exceptional customer service. Definitely A+ service!! Got it and painted it and it’s great! - My roommate asked for this for his birthday. After receiving it, he had an artist friend of his paint it — I don’t have photos of it before the paint, this is after. He loves it. In case you didn’t notice, he painted one of the Tikkis to look like Spider-Man.
I love my tiki fountain - Great looking product, works well, great price. When I had an issue with the fountain their customer service was quick and helpful. I couldn't be more happy!
Wow! - I wasn't really sure if I'd like this fountain when I ordered it. I absolutely love it. It exceeded my expectations!!!!
Started crumbling after one week of using it - I hate to leave a bad review but I can hopefully prevent others from wasting their money. I received this very cute tiki fountain a few weeks ago but waited to set it up until all frost danger had passed. In just a few days of it running water started leaking out of the bottom. Since this is too large to send back I tried to fill in what looked like dry rotted holes. It ran for a few more days and started leaking again. I’ve ordered aquarium silicone to try to repair one more time but when I looked at the top it is now also dry rotting. I’m not sure if I was sent a bad one that has been in storage for ages but whatever the reason, this is too much money to be leaking and flaking within a week of usage. Attaching a picture of the new flaking on the top I noticed today. My next fountain will not be resin but back to something more reliable. It really is an adorable looking fountain and I love the light features at night. Hoping the silicon I have ordered will at least let me get one season of use from it. Save your money and get a concrete fountain.
Looks and works great...now - Easy to assemble, but it had one issue. It is made from resin and once I turned it on the second bowl was leaking under the light. It just leaked into the inside water reservoir and wouldn't fill enough to flow into the last bowl. I popped the light out and found the resin cracked, so I dried it out and spooged some black silicone into the socket the light sits in. Works great now. I do wish the upper bowl had a light in it too, or they were dimmable or you could change the light color(they are bright blue/white light).
Give your garden a little inexpensive aloha - Excellent value for the money! Even though it may not last, it certainly didn’t break the bank. Looks amazing out in my garden and adds some ambience. Has an excellent sound too either on the high or low setting. Extremely pleased with it — I just wish the LEDs were “soft white” instead of the cheap-looking “cool blue.”
Great fountain - Easy to assemble, nice size, and my grandson loves it. I have to mention when I received the fountain it was missing some parts. I contacted the seller and sent a screenshot of my receipt and what I had received, within days they sent an entire new set of parts. Great customer service, they went above and beyond.
MUST HAVE! - Soo beautiful and such a relaxing sound! I love the lighting as well. It makes my entire patio and i get soo many compliments. The basin is also huge so I dont ever have to worry about it running dry quickly. Customer service is on point! Quick to respond and very generous! I can't recommend this fountain enough!
Love it! - Cheap, good looking, easy set-up and it works... nice pop in the yard, and soothing sound of water.
Great purchase - This product is amazing. I wanted to “plus” it so I bought some neon paints and decorated it. I think it just adds to the beauty. Awesome product
It was great... while it lasted - Perfect! No leaks. Looks and runs great! Edit first review: it only lasted one season. I even emptied it and brought it inside during the winter. Pump only lasted about 6 months. It's beautiful though! Wish it lasted longer for the price I paid.
AMAZING! - This is an amazing fountain that is a spectacular feature added to my Polynesian style yard. Great size, works great, easy to install. HIGHLY recommend!
Perfect product
Great for the price! - The perfect addition to my tiki room!
Great Tiki Fountain - Love this addition to out Tiki Patio! Initially the top bowl had a good size leak coming out from under the top bowl. Upon inspection, appeared to be a cracked area near the drain fixture on top and/or an open crack along drain fixture underneath. I contacted the co and a very helpful and polite “Irene” requested pics. She reviewed and immediately suggested a replacement. The shipping was immediate, the assistance so polite and anxious to help, their customer service was so beyond what one comes to expect. She/they were so amazing to immediately replace-had within several days!! The fountain is now a favorite of my Tikiland friends too! I would highly recommend purchasing any type of fountain from this Alpine Co. I am very pleased!
Tiki God has arrived - Very stylish Tiki Fountain and for the value I find this a great purchase. It was pretty easy to resemble and sounds wonderful.
Excellent Value for the price - Love love love my new TIKI fountain! It’s made of resin so I’m not too sure how long the finish will last? Some reviews said LED’s stopped working & I can see why, I keep the light connectors up above the water line so we’ll see. Very easy to assemble right out of the box! For the price I think it’s really cool!
Broke after two months - Nice fountain and I even painted it but the pump and lights lasted just two months.
Nice fountain but was damaged when I took it out of the box. - I bought this as a replacement fountain because the pump and the lights went on the other one. When I opened the box, it must have had some damage in transit as the box was not in good shape. Everything still fits and I'm using it but I thought you should be made aware of it. I love the fountain, though.
Three Stars - Product looks good and seems to work ok but was shipped with a couple of pieces chipped off
Sprung a leak - I love this fountain but after a few weeks it started to leak. I returned and replaced with no problem, but now today I got home and the 2nd one has begun to leaking. Water everywhere around fountain and barely any water left inside. This is frustrating because it's not easy hauling this thing back to ups and returning yet again and finding a box for it makes me mad because I threw out the original one. Pain in my butt!
Outstanding - Amazing fountain, and very easy to set up. If you are keeping it indoors add string to avoid water splashing out.
Pump is too small. It clogs up quickly. - Cool design, but the pump is small and gets clogged easily. It works fine for about one day and then it needs cleaned. It stops working. It just has a very small stream of water.
Well made, beautiful! - I love everything about it! It looks durable and well made. The setup was a breeze. It definitely compliments my outdoor space. My only issue is that there's no on or off switch but other than that. It's an excellent product!!!
Tiki light up foundation - Looks awesome! Easy to set up, fast delivery! Goes great with my tiki bar and let up palm tree. Highly recommend!
Good but not for the long haul. - It was great for a year or two. Problem is it's made out of some kind of fiber or fiberglass material, and after time it starts to break down. The outside coating breaks down and chips. I think this contributed to the pump going out. When my pump went out I could not find a replacement for it. Yes you can easily get a pump, but this one is wired with the two lights and I couldn't find an exact replacement. Customer service provided me a link to purchase one but it was on backorder.
Motor died - Lasted a couple years but the motor died even with little use.
Tiki fountain 👍🏻 - Extremely happy with this fountain! Very well made and works perfectly!
Nice fountain aesthetically, but……… - Nice fountain aesthetically, but the paint is chipping in the bowls after 1 season!
The Perfect Tiki Fountain - Set my fountain up in my patio. Added Blue pond dye to the water. Love it !!!
Easy to use. - Really looks great on the deck and the water bubbling sounds will make you sleepy.
