We have three warehouses strategically located in Texas, Chicago, and New York. We will select the most suitable warehouse based on your location to ensure the shortest delivery time. -
Processing Time:
Our general processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. This includes order verification, picking, packing, and preparing the shipment for pickup by the carrier. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. -
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the UPS website or their mobile app. -
Delivery Time:
The delivery time will depend on the shipping address and the selected warehouse. Generally, UPS Ground takes 3-4 business days for delivery after the order has been processed. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier-related issues. -
International Shipping:
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not provide international shipping services. -
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
