DO NOT BUY. WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY, and DREAMS - Arrived with top tower with one wall shattered. Fortunately, it was the back facing part of the fountain and did not affect water flow. Contacted support and got a partial refund while trying to get in touch with Alpine for a replacement tower… then decided to test it out. Was very happy until I realized it was slow leaking form the bottom somewhere (no visible damage to base and it wasn’t from above.). Wasted 4 gallons of distilled water I bought, time cleaning up the mess and going to the store for water, and damaged a wooden table and small chair due to water and the fact it had clearly previously been used. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT FOR ALMOST 300$. Box clearly damaged in outside as well…
Nice looking fountain - Nice colors and runs great. Recommends 2 people to unbox and handle but was able to manage it solo. Did have some pieces that seemed to have broken off but couldn't find any damage or any place that showed it chipped off. Assembly instructions could use some word smithing but easy enough to assemble. Maintenances instructions were great info to keep it running.
Highly Recommend - The most beautiful fountain, I love it!! The sound is perfect, the lights are perfect! If they came in a bigger size, I would buy that too!!
Beautiful piece - This product does a beautiful piece unfortunately it showed up broken at the top and pieces were all within the fountain we sent it back due to product damage.
Pretty not sufficient - Nice when was working . Only had this 7 months, the pump stopped working and 2 weeks later the lights all stopped. To much money for 7 months of enjoyment.
Not as pictured - Beautiful castle fountain but definitely not as brightly colored as the pictures. Overall the structure is much darker than depicted.
