So far so good 🤞 Read Booklet Good - Ours arrived early(our delivery guys set it out by our street) in a huge(!!!) box covered in styrofoam & taped to a pallet. They did not bring it to the house with their dolly. I’m saying this to say-be prepared!!! Now our ++++ was that we got it delivered 5 days early. Someone’ review said it broke with one person unboxing it - thank you - we both worked with ours even in moving it in place or adjusting etc Someone also mentioned it spraying water a lot - I found a paragraph in the booklet that says not enough water will make it spew water…I bought 10 gallon jugs of distilled water -per instructions- we used all 10 gallons & no water spews out anywhere BUT up to 9 gallons water would spew. You have to make sure you add enough water to not spew water out!! There is a protectant I can buy apparently to keep my fountain material in good shape using 1-2 times a year & we will do that … 🤞that all goes well … so far it’s what I expected & love it.

Poor design - Alpine as a cooperation is 10 stars. They were amazing trying to fix all the issues. However, this fountain when running splashes out so much water I was adding 10-15 gallons every few days. If its windy out it will run dry in 24 hours. Moved to an inside location with pump on lowest setting and same issue with splash out. Lights and sound went out in two months or less. If you slow it way down then you lose some of the features. Alpine replaced it 3 times same issues with all of them. Just a poor design.

Nope no - First please pay attention to the reviews about how it is shipped. Second it came totally damaged...didn't even unbox. No thanks.

Ultimate relaxation - This fountain really completes our backyard oasis. Not only does it look great but the water sounds like a creek in the woods. Add to it some spa music playing from the crisp speaker and it’s heavenly!

Poor quality & shipping - broke fast - Fountain arrived cracked, as it was only cosmetic damage Amazon offered a discount. Within 30 days the LED lights all failed, but fountain still works. Poor quality, poor shipping, would not recommend.

Great Fountain, Relaxing Water Sound - This fountain has made the world of a difference for our backyard. Our family has been looking for a fountain because our pool doesn’t have a water feature. This fountain was a perfect compliment to what we were looking for. The bluetooth speaker is very crisp, loud, and clear. It’s such an awesome feature because it seems like the music is coming as if from no where! We are actually looking into purchasing a second one because we read that you can pair up the fountain’s speakers. It will help with completing our backyard and zen garden!
