Terrible craftsmanship, it falls apart in the wind - I bought this wind spinner in May 2025 and it’s already falling apart. Multiple pieces have come apart and you can tell they were just barely tack welded together. For this amount of money it would be nice if they put a little more time and effort into making sure this stays attached. Do not buy this, it won’t last long.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - This is knock off and not quality made. The top and bottom do not spin. The actual product does not match the image on the website or the box and is smaller. It is a hassle to return.
Size and color - Lovely wind spinner easy assembly. Follow the picture assembly as the word assembly is backwards.
Beautiful addition - So far, so good! Just as described! We saw one JUST like it at a local store for $450, but we thought it was too expensive, so I bought this one! My husband and I are artists, we love color- inside our house- and out- this is a fun, whimsical addition to our yard- we love it- it is very sturdy in our high Kansas winds!
Weak attachment - Didn’t hold up to Kansas wind. All the little cups fell off.
cosmic spinner - just received yesterday. Put together today. A bit of gap between top spinner and top piece. Just put small washer so didn't wobble. Looks really nice. So far it's good. Arrived in time frame. Well packed.
Wow.. Nice - I was iffy about spending the money for one. Now I want more. Very nice in my front yard. A lot bigger then in person. Well worth the money
Poor Workmanship - The arms were poorly soldered together so that they hit each other. I had to bend the arms so that they wouldn't hit each other and were level. I had to oil the bearings to spin better. Also assembly was difficult due to the poor soldering job.
Just beautiful - Love, love, love it!
Inferior Product! - Big piece of junk. Very pretty colors but doesn't fit together properly, crooked, and even with the spacers in place it doesn't spin. Only the bottom row spins. Big waste of time and money and I will be returning it. Big rip off for the price!!!
Great Spinner - Love my spinner, it’s big, colorful and looks great!! With or without wind it’s beautiful to look at. Got mine as a gift and had some issues with packaging which were quickly and very well handled by Alpine Customer Service. Easy to assemble, very sturdy and spins nicely, Great addition to my yard. Definitely recommend
Looks stunning, but a little flimsy - Don't order this if you're not handy! I've had to repair it (lost circlips) three times to stop it from wobbling, and one of the cups broke off. I was able to repair it with some epoxy type glue, but it's still a bit wobbly, and it has faded some after less than four months. Overall, it's just a poor execution of what could be a stunning design. I have to acknowledge it looks gorgeous in action, however, when all parts are functioning properly.
Leg piece broken - This is quite a lovely spinner. However, one of the stakes broke immediately as we pushed it into the ground. We have had to dig a hole deep enough to support it with the missing leg piece.
Love this wind spinner! - So beautiful and spins great!
Beautiful, but… - This is s very nice wind spinner, worth the money. Just make sure your poles screw together straight, I glued my pipes together, because from the wind these tend to unloosen and strip the thread on the pipes, so I have a slight bend in the poles. Update Bought April 2025, brought it in for the winter. This spring I found a number of cups on the ground, it’s pretty but if you get it you might want to reinforce where the cups are secured to the metal rod.
Beautiful - This is the prettiest wind spinner I have ever seen. When it spins it is so colorful and bright! The quality is great. It was easy to put together and doesn’t need much wind to make it spin.
This wind spinner is beautiful! - The unit is made up of the most beautiful colors that spin in the most unique way. I’ve seen similar spinners costing a lot more. Made well and easy to assemble.
I can watch this all day! - I originally saw this at a garden nursery for 400.00 but I wasn’t going for that price so I came straight to Amazon. Looks exactly like the nursery wind spinner but the price was way cheaper. It’s so mesmerizing 😌😍
