Gentle stream sound - For the price this was a sweet find. I was worried it would be too loud but it is perfect.

Overall rating: 2.4 / 5 from 7 reviews.
It’s alright - Overall, I do like it. Sometimes the lights don’t come on. The last spout for the water to run out of is broken so the water doesn’t arc out the way it should.
Satisfied! - Easy setup...looks and works great! Reasonable price!
Terrible experience from both the manufacturer and Amazon. - ABSOLUTELY NOT EVEN ONE STAR. The fountain arrived within an undamaged Amazon box. The box within containing the fountain had obviously been retaped. The fountain had a chip on the back cover and the lighting was completely missing. As this was a gift, it was embarrassing for us and for the recipient. Now they also have the burden of having to return the fountain. No quality control from either the Alpine Corporation for sending a damaged item with missing pieces, or Amazon for sending a repackaged item
All lights not operating - Came today set up so easy but top light does not light. Called customer service for replacement but they reached out to manufacturer while I was on phone. They couldn’t get through. I had to call them myself but had to leave voice message.
Bad design causes water splatter - The design emits a constant splatter on the lowest pump flow setting. Seems like it was retrofitted by trying to glue an ugly piece of plastic filter material into one of the chutes to try to reduce the effect. Can't use it indoors unless it's on a waterproof surface. The pump is also quite loud.
Crap! - It was a total pain getting out of box. But, once you get past that it is beautiful. However, the flow only works for a few days. It's becomes noisy. And, just plain stops working. I wouldn't buy again. Still waiting on refund even though I shipped mine back and they received a while ago. I have been following tracking, and refund won't be here till August 2nd. Amazon has never taken this long.
