Broken item - I was so excited when this came in but Worst feeling was when I opened it, and it’s cracked from the bottom, I didn’t even opened it fully..I’m sure it was broken elsewhere, when I seen the cracked, it was a disappointment so I immediately taped the box back together.

AN ISSUE LOOKING FOR A RESOLUTION - I purchased this fountain for its beauty. One year in and 2 of my chambers are not receiving enough air from the motor pump to give me the bubbles. Upon ordering and looking 6 months for replacement motor pump (after troubleshooting the issues ) what I have found is that I am being led down a rabbit hole looking for the right motor pump. I ordered a replacement and I was sent a motor pump that plugs directly into the wall. Not the one that plugs into the wiring in the well of the fountain. I am extremely upset, as this item when I purchased it was not cheap. I have gone to several aquatic businesses and they have never seen or heard of this motor. They could not help me with my problem and had no options for me. As of today, I am left without options to purchase a replacement motor that will operate the chambers and the lights to my fountain.

Hermosa Fuente Decorativa LED - Compré esta fuente decorativa para colocarla en la sala, aunque también luce perfecta en un cuarto o en un estudio. Es un producto muy bonito y diferente, no es un adorno común que se vea en todas las casas, lo cual fue una de las razones por las que me encantó. Llegó a tiempo y fue entregada con mucho cuidado. La parte transparente no es cristal real sino acrílico, lo que la hace más ligera y segura, pero aun así venía muy bien protegida. No ocupa mucho espacio, por lo que se adapta fácilmente a distintos ambientes del hogar sin recargar el área. El ensamblaje fue muy sencillo. Solo fue necesario colocar la base, conectar los cables, poner una lámina tipo aluminio en la parte correspondiente y agregar las piedras decorativas que trae incluidas. Luego se rellenó con agua la base de acrílico, que viene dividida en cuatro secciones, llenando cada una poco a poco hasta el nivel indicado en las instrucciones. Después se colocó la cubierta superior con acabado tipo madera y aluminio. Finalmente, solo quedaba conectarla a la corriente, encenderla y comprobar su funcionamiento. Realmente superó mis expectativas. Es un detalle decorativo elegante y poco usual. En las noches, cuando estamos en familia viendo una película, la encendemos y apagamos las luces, y crea un ambiente acogedor que nos hace sentir como si estuviéramos en el cine. Sin duda, considero que fue una excelente compra.

Christmas Gift Delivered BROKEN - This arrived broken, which is really disappointing since it was meant to be a Christmas gift. I’m hauling this heavy item to the return center and sending it back. I would have exchanged it, but no replacement was offered. I won’t purchase another—I’ll look for something that arrives intact.

Really beautiful Bubble Wall Water Fountain - I love this fountain. It adds life to the entrance of my office space. I also love that it changes colors. People walk by my office and always point it out. The only problem was filling it with water. The directions was not clear, but we figured it out and are very pleased with this purchase.

Beautiful fountain & Customer Services - I received my first fountain and fully assembled it and it was beautiful until I went to turn it on and it would not light up. I was very disappointed; however, I contacted the company and customer service was prompt to respond and solve my problem. I now have a beautiful fountain that I absolutely love. This story just got so much better when what could have went so wrong was made right in record time. Thank you so much. The fountain is beautiful and so was the customer service that accompanied it.

Amazing Concept. A Few Minor Defects. - The best thing I can say about this is that you're getting what you paid for. It looks just as cool if not cooler in person than in the pictures. Seriously, it's so cool. It makes a low buzz that's easy to ignore especially if you work with headphones like me. Did I mention that it looks really cool? I'm a big fan of novelty lighting so this should be an easy 5 stars for me. However the worst thing I can say about it is that for the impressive price point, some things still didn't work quite right. One of the jets consistently shoots bubbles off to the left at the base (see picture) and when on RGB fade mode it can't seem to transition from red to purple so it awkwardly flashes between the two, which REALLY bothers me (the video doesn't quite do the awkwardness justice). And this is minor but I wasn't given quite enough rocks for the base so I had to stick the vast majority into the front pocket to make it look good. Now I doubt these issues will affect everyone, but still, if I'm going to be paying over half a thousand dollars for a water feature I feel like I should be able to expect it to function like it's supposed to when it's brand new. That being said, assembly was pretty easy for something this large and unwieldy. The actual electronics are incredibly simple, and most of my setup time was spent running to safeway multiple times to get enough distilled water to fill the deceptively large tank. 10/10 would set up again. Overall if you have money to throw around and don't mind a few kinks here and there, I think this is a great, relaxing addition to an office or living space. All of my friends are going to be super jealous, I'm sure. But MAN I wish the fade mode worked.

Super cool but very expensive. - Pros? It's super freaking cool. It keeps little kids entranced but there's no water to touch (would be great for offices). I love that there's a remote. I love that you can change the colors. Cons? Way too expensive. Like WAAAAY too expensive. It seems that I've lost the ability to get some of the colors on the remote. Mehs? Some of the pieces came looking used, but I think it was just the dust from the stones. There seemed to be some grime or oil or something on the tray - didn't hinder anything, just weird. It's a little loud. A bunch of the colors look the same (not much difference).

I really wanted to like it - It's a very pretty unit, it's thin and doesn't take up a lot of space. Very nice movement with the water and lights, and you can change it however you like to the color you prefer or just let it cycle through. Lots of compliments and the kids love it for the tv room. It is soothing and pretty to look at for sure! My biggest issue is that it's loud, and not just the bubbling water, the motor puts out a rather unpleasant loud hum. For that reason I'd recommend use in a retail or restaurant setting rather than residential or office. Additionally, it arrived broken, just at the top, but it was damaged *inside* an undamaged box. We did our due diligence, and added some tape to the hole in the glass so that we could fill it most of the way and test it out. But rather disappointed. It is quite pricey and I don't think the quality control is there.

Good quality and provides a nice ambiance. Too loud to have in the bedroom or office setting though. - This is not a cheap purchase and I have some mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the materials are good and workmanship looks and feels high quality. On the other hand the included loud air pump seems to defeat the purpose of what this product intended to do - provide a nice ambiance and relaxation atmosphere. It's a shame that either a corner was cut to include a cheap air pump... or some additional research was not made to find a better motor. Our initial desire was to put this beautiful piece in the bedroom or office (which sometimes is used as a guest bedroom). Once we turned it on it became clear that there is no way anyone can sleep in the same room unless they can ignore the air pump sound. We ended up moving it to the family room where it looks great and as long as you have music playing or tv on - you can't hear the air pump. Other then being loud, the fountain is a beautiful piece and provides a nice conversational piece. The lights give it nice highlights and it looks great. The unit took a while to receive and although the packaging was a bit roughed up, there was no damage to any pieces. Assembly was very easy and instructions were clear and easy to follow. The longest step was filling the container with water since we had to carry it from the kitchen to the location where the fountain was installed. There are eight "channels" where the bubbles come up and when we turned the unit on the first four where nice small bubbles and the other four had larger and very different appearance. The instructions state that it may take up to 5 minutes for things to even out but it took much longer, so give it some time to acclimate. When we turned the unit on the next day - the bubble streams looked identical on all jets and it looks very nice and mesmerizing. Once filled with water the unit is heavy so make sure you place it in the desired location before you fill it. One suggestion I would make to the manufacturer is to include some kind of a safety wall anchor to secure the fountain the wall if desired. For families that have small kids running around, it would be safer to secure the unit to the wall just in case. I really hope the unit will not develop any leaks with time since it contains a lot of water and would create a serious flood if any leaks develop at any point. Just like any standing body of water you will need to clean it and sanitize it periodically. The manual states to change the water monthly, but as long as it is not in the direct sunlight (which would encourage algae growth) I think it should be fine to change it less frequently - we'll experiment and see. Overall, it is a beautiful product as long as you have space to put it and it fits your decor. I would highly encourage the manufacturer to update the unit with a quieter blower, I know there are some out there that are quiet, or at least come up with some insulation to reduce the noise as much as possible. At this point location where you can put this fountain is limited by the amount of noise the blower makes and considering the price it should be more "high end" and quiet.

This Changed My Living Room Into Luxury… - This beautiful indoor fountain changed my living room into luxury. I love the different color options and light intensity settings. The rocks at the base are real, but they stay dry. So, this is very pet friendly too. We have a Siberian Husky, Austrian Shepherd, and a cat. Because they can’t drink the water they just stay away from it. The is perfect for any size room too. Our living room isn’t the biggest by far and it just majorly improved the looks. Takes just shy of 6 gallons of water to fill - Alpine Corporation MLT134BK Alpine 72" H Indoor Bubble Wall Color-Changing LED Lights and Remote, Black Fountains, Multicolor Takes just shy of 6 gallons of water We found the easiest way to fill was with gallons of distilled water and creating a suction with the included tube and then using a funnel to fill the remaining liquid in each jug Actual set up of the unit was not difficult at all Adjusting the bubbles size and speed can be slightly difficult to reach the knobs on each end but a pair of needle nose pliers got the job done The included rocks with the unit we received were multi color shades of brown and did not match at all You are able to use without the decorative rocks so that’s what we have chosen to do Instructions state to use fountain cleaner and solution with unit The instructions also state this unit can be used both indoors and outdoors but suggest moving inside during the winter All in all nice statement piece that we constantly get compliments on

Pretty, but pump is TOO LOUD - It would have been 5 stars if it was quiet, but the pump is way too loud to be relaxing. It sounds like a loud fridge running... Ugh. It might be okay if you're placing this inside a club or loud music is playing, but this is not good if you were hoping like me to be quiet and relaxing. NO! I didn't fill up the whole tank. I used two gallons of distilled water and that's how much it gets filled in my video/photo. It uses about 11 watts of power according to my power station. The remote is infrared, so you have to be pointing directly at it. The white rocks paint dusts off and can make a mess. You can check out my video and photo of how it looks in various color modes. It's also ridiculous how it's priced $1000 but with a 50% coupon?! Just price it normal at $500. -_-

Use your brain and make it easy on yourself. - Patients and common sense go a long way. The instructions come exactly opposite from what you encounter setting it up, but common sense kicks in and a beautiful result blossoms before your eyes. The controls on the remote are just as vague and tricky but once understood, operation and enjoying the spectacular show is worth it.

Very nice, very unique and needs more video support from the company - This fountain is unique and is a great addition to a room. I found it a bit confusing to assemble and I was surprised the seller didn't have that for potential and current customers. I've not had and enjoyed this for four months and it needs cleaned. Well, how do you do that? They include a hose that I think you put in the fountain and suck then siphon the water. Um, yuck! I ordered a pump, I'd love a video on the best way to clean this. The product is sups cool, very much lacking information, especially since it's so unique. I had some green growing so I asked Rufus (Amazon AI assistant), he suggested a product the seller sells, but it's not on Amazon. Love it, but frustrating at the same time. Just my thoughts.

Nice indoor waterfall - I would have given this product a 5-star, unfortunately, the pump motor is way….too noisy for indoor ave size Single-family home. I measured the noise level and consistently getting ave high 40db. Customer can’t really resolve the issue. So i proceed to install soft like sponge within the interior wall of the base and got down to a low 40db. It just way too loud for indoor use

Have been using it for about 4 months. It is rapidly turning on and off when trying to turn it on. - Rapidly turning on and off when trying to turn it on. Not sure why it is having this issue. Bubble wall is still relatively new and only run for 6 hours a day. How do I fix this? Update: reached out to alpine customer service for a replacement pump, and they responded swiftly and was able to send me a replacement pump within the week. This is Awesome, The Entire Family & pets Love it!!!!! - We just purchased this to install in my Moms room to help Relax her as she had just returned home from a lengthy hospital stay from a stroke. The Customer service was awesome as we had a small air controller issues, they were very Responsive and stayed on top of it. Beautiful but leaks water all over the floor - Beautiful but leaked it’s water out thru the pump all over my floor. Ordered a second unit and it arrived with no pump. Sending it back. Still have the original but now have to figure out where to obtain a pump to replace the original one.
