Great product! - I love it, looks great!
Trashy foam, good customer support - I like the product but also extremely hate the styrofoam it was packed in. It's not clean ans broken to million small pieces or dots, really difficult to clean up. The unit looks nice but the pump is somehow having unstable flow. Customer support have some help to solve the problem but it didn't change. Finally a replacement helps to get the job done.
Awesome just right fountain! - This sweet fountain is just as described! Well designed & water flows for several days before needing refill! I love the water flow sound it generates by the space where we have a swing & my potting bench!
Gift for myself :) - I’ve been looking for the perfect fountain for my garden and this is it!!! I glued on the bird as well as the birdhouse top to make it a little more kid-safe in my garden. I also added a solar fountain pump and I am so happy with it! I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it and the water sound is so soothing.
Nice design - Very calming effect and doubles as a bird nest. Birds haven't used it yet but it's only been set up a month. It runs dry after about a day and a half but my hose isn't far away so that's not a problem.
Perfect size - They have great customer service, and good quality products.
Love it! - It's beautiful I really like it and I love the sound of it unfortunately within a couple of hours we discovered it's leaking somewhere which we can't find. I contacted their customer service and I'm waiting to find out what they're going to do or what they're going to tell me. It's very cute and I do love the sound of it. Hopefully they will either replace it or help me to figure out what's wrong. UPDATE: I Think we may have overfilled it we used a gallon and it was supposed to be less than a gallon so I think the extra just leaked out from where I don't know. No more leaking it's running beautifully it sounds amazing. I love my little fountain best purchase I've made in a long time.
Satisfied customer - We still need to add the pot and the pipes to start running the fountain but so far the fountain itself looks really good. It is light weight but made of very sturdy material. The colors are deep and should help keep it from fading in the hot Texas weather.
Adorable patio fountains - This product was for my mother in laws 94th birthday. She absolutely loved it! When I saw this fountain it just said “ this is the one” and it was!!! Even tho she is far away it was easy to set up and she is thrilled!!!
Great quality, nicely detailed, cute fountain. - Very cute cardinal fountain. Bought this for my father for Father’s Day. He loves it! It looks great in his backyard. Well-made. The only drawback is we wish the holding tank was bigger. Need to refill daily on hot days.
Beautifully made, and so relaxing . - Easy to put together, and had it up and running in five minutes. It is so relaxing to listen to the running water. So, so happy with it!
It’s perfect!! - BUY IT! I am so impressed with the quality of this fountain. Things to note: -It is pretty light, the bird house and the bird figurine both are only secured by “popping” into place. -The sound is so soothing. -Great value for price -I got this unboxed and set up under 8 minutes so assembly is extremely easy. PERFECT ADDITION to any patio or garden.
Can you please send me a answer - My pump didn’t work on it
Very sweet Birdhouse water fountain. Good sound. A delightful addition to any garden. - Beautiful Bird house water fountain. easy to set up. Good sound, a welcome addition to any garden. I would buy again from the Alpine Corp. I had an issue and they were very prompt and thorough in handling it. They stand behind their products. A good product for the money.
It works great - Easy to put together takes a second add distilled water one gallon and i added more items to it And works perfectly
Charming! - So far so good. Just put it together and plugged it in hour ago. Might need to adjust the flow or level the whole planter it’s in.as it stands it’s not losing water and if it does on the second tier down there are flowers and soil underneath to water. I added heavy rocks inside the bottom of planter so that it remains steady. It works and looks exactly as described. When I store it end of fall, I will seal it as advised for next year. Glad I purchased it..it’s very pretty and adds charm to my little garden at the bottom of my entry steps into the house. If any problems occur that I cannot remedy, I will come back and advise.
Awesome fountain - This is a great fountain. I had one for about 5 years and just bought a new one. The squirrels and birds love to drink from this. It's great because very little debris can get into the fountain, making it easy to maintain. I elected to hook it up to a solar fountain instead of the electric pump included. I also filled a pot with dirt and rocks to raise it up off the ground. I fill it with water a few times a week and that's about it. The sound of running water brings lots of birds to my feeders.
Looks nice - Works well and cute Good value and looks nice in garden
great quality - great quality
Great Product - This is a great company I had a little problem and they took care of it right away. I highly recommend this product
The look - It's Beautiful.....Period! Without setting up an plugging in..... I was shocked at the presicion an expertise of the making of just these bird houses. Surprise your self with this beauty. Dont think about it. Buy this! You wont regret this purchase
Great - Water fall sound is great. Looks like the picture. I got it in a deal for this thanksgiving for less than 50 dollars.
Great product, great company - I love this fountain. It is the perfect size for an my porch. It provides the perfect amount of water sounds for relaxing on a warm summer day!
Too cute. - This is just what we were looking for in our front flower bed. I put it inside a whiskey barrel and built it up on a couple of pavers then put planted some flowers and put in a couple little garden birds around the base. We are so happy with it and have received many compliments on this fountain. I did notice that on windy days the water doesn't always fall back into the basin so on windy days you either have to turn it off or check on it throughout the day. We put ours on a timer and will do the same thing next year. I enjoy it so much I'm getting a different, smaller base to put it in and bring it inside for the winter months. I will enjoy decorating it for the different holidays.
Excellent Customer Service - I would like to thank the Alpine Team for their excellent customer service. We had an issue with the pump on the fountain and they resolved the issue for us quickly. We appreciate it.
Customer Service - I bought this three tiered birdhouse fountain for my backyard because of the way its looked as well as the price. When it arrived, however, the red cardinal that sits next to the birdhouse was missing. I contacted customer service via text and got a response from Grace after only a few hours. Within a few days the issue was resolved. I love this fountain. It is sturdy and charming and easy to set up.
Excellent Customer Service! - I had a small issue with my fountain. I reached out to customer service and I was beyond pleased with how quickly they resolved my issue. This was given as a memorial gift. The soothing sounds from the fountain bring a bit of peace each morning. I highly recommend Alpine!!
Customer service with Alpine is phenomenal - Fountain is compact size and when a missing piece was discovered, Alpine graciously solved the problem post haste.
Birds like it - I hooked to a solar pump so i dont need power cord.
Looks great. - Wife likes it too!
SO CUTE - This is a great addition to our deck.
A waterfall fountain should sound like water….This one does - I bought another Alpine fountain an$ was really disappointed. You buy a waterfall-fountain for the sound of water falling. The other one made no noise…This one is great. Helps muffle other outside noise and this is very relaxing- I love it. BTW- The video on this product sold me.
Customer service saves the day - After being contacted by customer service, I received a complete fountain replacement. The new item is working perfectly. I was contacted several times updated on the progress of my replacement. I am completely satisfied with replacement.
Very cute - A little smaller than I thought I would be but was a few minutes to put together run nice
Love it! - Love it!
Had to do another review..... - I contacted the company about the condition of the fountain and they responded right away. I am so impressed with their customer service. If you decide to buy from Alpine, you can be sure you'll be happy with their item. If not, they'll make sure that you area. Thank you Alpine!
Waterfall fountain - This makes the perfect waterfall sound. It’s a great size and just blends into the backyard.
BIRD HOUSE WTER FOUNTAIN - I want to write a review of the fountain . When I first got it I was not pleased, but the Alpine company came through. They sent me another that works great. They were very helpful. It is very cute and pumps the water back into the bowl. Of course the little red bird that sits on it is a reminder that when you see a red bird, it means someone you love (and has died) is thinking about you. Again the company was most easy to work with and satisfied me.
So cute! - Very fun item. Well made and easy to set up. I've seen birds and chipmunks at the fountain.
