Lasted 1 day - It worked great for the first day now it hardly even works. Do not recommend to buy. And this is after one day of cleaning it very poor product buyer beware

Easy installation/Beautiful and Relaxing - Great for the price. I purchased a mesh bag for the motor since we do have some grass in the pond. I wish we could just pick one color but they rotate. But it was easy to install and working great and looks great from our porch and dock.
Not Worth The Money - Would Not Recommend - We first purchased this item on 8/11/2023. After less than 2 weeks use, the red lights quit functioning. We contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement on 8/23/2023. Within days, the red lights quit functioning again. Amazon replaced on 8/30/2023. We thought all was going well as were are now in October. Sadly, no. The led lights started burning the plastic on the light display. We contacted Amazon and they said sorry, past the return window. I was persistent and asked for a supervisor who reviewed my account and saw all the issues we had had since the first purchase in August. She kindly refunded our money and sent a shipping label. She did say she would contact the warehouse and this item will likely be pulled. I see other buyers have had similar issues with lights. While this item worked well when it worked, I would not recommend and would continue your search.
Simple and beautiful - This was super easy to assemble! I tossed it in my pond that's maybe 3 foot deep and it works great. Please note that I have a waterfall behind me in the video..the water feature is not very noisy, sounds like rain hitting the water. I've only had it 24 hours thus far but love it! Very long cords for the pump and lights so you can easily unplug the lights if you want them off.
Ease of setup. - The whole fountain kit is easy to set up and clean when needed. The lights are very good for night viewing.
BEAUTIFUL CALM IN POOL - Easy to set up! A bit interesting that the pump hangs from the float ring but it works wonderfully! I did not get the stronger pump as the one included shoots high enough for us. The lights are just spectacular at night. My favorite place to be for an evening float!
Nice while it lasted - Like the fountain, but on day Two the lights stopped working. I returned and got a new fountain. The lights are still working, but the pump is barely moving any water. I wish I would have bought a regular pump/filter at Home Depot. I will reach out to the maker and hopefully they’ll remedy it.
You can Love it. Definitely would recommend it. Picture doesn’t do justice. - Very easy to assemble. Can see it at a distance.
Half appears to be blocked - Set up two and a half minutes installation 1 minute. Half of the jet seem to only go halfway or less into the air (see video.) Overall feels more like a cheap pump with a made up name (ie POWBI) that I would buy for 30 to 60 bucks vs "Alpine" EDIT 5 days in it appears to only have two Jets coming out

The Pump Is Very Weak And It Keeps Stopping.. - The Fountain Says 3 To 4 Feet In Hight But It’s More Like 2 Feet High.. 😡
Bought this for pool but had to add Alpine 3100 pump to get height I wanted! - Happy now after adding stronger pump but of course spent over $250 for a pool fountain/pump, don’t tell the wife 😱

Not safe - I live in Florida. I purchased this device. It’s run by electric. I wanted to put it in my pool, but that’s very unsafe. We’re not electric into a pool. They should have one with solar panels on it that you don’t have to worry about electric in a pool, I don’t like electrical wire is running all over around the pool. The plug-in put his unit. It’s not safe. I would never buy it again.
Works perfectly! - Had previously purchased a Chlorstar "rechargeable" pond fountain. Charging took forever. Charge lasted less than 2 hours. Fountain height was less than 1 foot and inconsistent. Remote never worked. So, bought this. It's hardwired. Fountain height of 3 feet consistently. Easy to assemble. Works PERFECTLY. Sound blocks noise from adjacent vacation renters. Product is DESIGNED in the US though manufactured elsewhere.
Lasted a long time beautiful fountain and lights - This item worked fine summer and fall I’m expecting it to work this spring Beautiful lighting and a nice fountain spray which was a good size for my pond Use a filter bag over the pump to prevent clogs

Clogs easy but great fountain - Clogs easy... put a pump bag around the pump. But the lights are very bright. The fountain is perfect the pump is good. It gives a good 4ft plus hight with good form. Love it.

Doesn’t work well - I’m sorry it’s a terrible item. It clogs up every day. I have to pull the whole thing out of the pond. The holes are too small at the top. It just isn’t working. I’ll have to buy a new one from a different company.
2 season lifespan - Lasts 2 seasons I’m on my 3rd one but looks good in the winter when the pool is not in use. Buy it knowing if you use it frequently it last about 2 years

Fountain head plugs frequently - Fountain light were pretty at night, but wasn't worth having to clean the fountain head constantly. If you don't have a crystal clear pond forget this!!
Do not buy - Do not buy this product my first one didn’t even last a week they sent me a replacement and same thing didn’t even last a week. Do not waste your money.
Gets clogged easily - My fountain got clogged up a lot had to clean it several times a day too frustrating. They need to lower the price on it and or make it so it won't clog up so much.
Clogs - Fountain glogs up often and needs cleaned daily, not made for ponds
DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME - First one I recieved stopped working after 1 day so I returned for another one. The 2nd one lasted for a few uses and now the thing is just spitting water out like the pump is losing power. Do not purchase this as it's a waste of money.
Doesn't work like the picture! - Unfortunately the spray is not like the picture shown. It barely has a 1 1/2 foot upward spray and it only sprays out of approximately 1/2 of the holes. Not worth the money in my opinion and wished I had just returned it for a full refund.
Re: Unit died after 2 weeks of use - At first all was well. Lights were pretty, especially at night. The fountain spray was at a good height. But, after 2 weeks use, the motor failed. Very disappointing. I HAD TO REVISE THIS REVIEW! The problem wasn't the pump, it was clogging of the water outlets. After rinsing, everything worked fine and I am enjoying it once again. I have also ordered a pond pump protector!!!!
Relaxing sound - Accents the pool immensely. My wife and I love it!
Disappointing - I cleared all the alge from the pond, waited for everything to settle, then placed the fountain in the pond. Within one hour, the fountain wasn't working. Disappointing.
Only three strands of water - less than 3 feet tall.. - Fountain is a little underwhelming….i expected it to be a bigger spray / more water movement than what mine is putting out.

Don't recommend - Will not pump water for over a day. Then only couple streams flow. Lights work great. Just don't expect to have a pretty flow of water.

Excellent & affordable pond pump!!! - This fountain works great. My pond was covered in duckweed. After a month of dying the pond blue and circulation from this pump my pond is almost perfect!! It’s simple to use, has an easy to just flow valve and a long waterproof power cord. I’m running mine off of 200 watt solar, 12volt 35 amp gel battery and a 750 watt inverter. It hasn’t died once. It’s been 20 degrees this week here in Crocket Texas. And, the circulation has definitely helped the pond to keep from Icing over.
Overall not a best pick - It's not the best fountain as it's not well designed as it clogs easily, LEDs have already started to go out on product and the large floating base makes water splash all over and not really good and securing itself in place. Just some cheap string that will probably rott away.
