Beautiful Fountain - I love this fountain. It’s so relaxing to sit and listen to. I did put a sponge at the bottom to dampen the sound a little. The light is great at night. It’s pretty loud so I have the pump at the lowest setting. I also appreciate how large the tank is. Here in NC in summer, a fountain can quickly evaporate. This one takes a long time before I need to top it up.

Patio game changer - This might be the greatest thing I’ve ever purchased in my life. Perhaps a little hyperbolic, but it is insanely nice. The set up is about 10 minutes with learning curve about a three out of 10 not so hard even I can do it. It is absolutely stunning. It’s just loud enough to make you just wanna sleep next to it.
Beautiful and peaceful for your deck or patio! - I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. It's an attractive and peaceful decor piece on our patio. It was easy to install and runs smoothly. One thing I noticed is that the faux stone finish is already wearing away a little (circled in the picture below) after a month's use. We have it running constantly so that may have sped it up. But, overall, we're really happy with it!
Wonderful sound - Absolutely love this fountain. The sound is great. I was xa bit worried it would look out if place but once I framed it with plants and others rocks it blends in well with my landscape. We will see how it holds up but from what other reviews have said even if there arises issues the customer service is great.
Great fountain to transform your outdoor space - Looks great and works well. The only minor issue is that it’s a little noisier than I’d prefer, which seems consistent with other reviews. Overall, I’m very happy with it and think it adds a lot to the space.

Good 1st year but high maintenance after that - This this was good at first but its horrible after 1st year. The paint just peels off easily after 1 summer. I've now have to repaint mine every year and then I even apply a exterior polyurethan paint over it with 3 coats and the paint still peels off. Its more of a huge hassle than a relaxing thing to look at. It also needs a drain plug at the bottom b/c there is no easy way to empty it for Winter storage. The water doesn't flow out when you try to pout it out the back panel. Also it cracked easily at the top and I had to use Bondo to fix and then re-paint again.
NOT durable!!! - This fountain is beautiful and works well but the entire bottom cracked during the first year of owning it, very disappointed
Not very durable for the price of over $300 - This is a great item, however has not been durable. Used for one season in a covered gazebo. Emptied it completely and stored on enclosed porch for the winter. When preparing to set up this spring, it leaked around the seams. Will not hold water. Flexseal is the solution but should be a year 5 or 6 issue. Not 8 months.
Beautiful fountain but lights do not work for very long - Beautiful fountain, came in one piece, no assembly required. Sounds and looks awesome But after just 3 months one light is not working
Enjoyable addition to the courtyard - I bought this fountain six months ago and absolutely love it. The light and the sound are so relaxing in my courtyard. I just put it in the garage for the winter so that it stays protected from freezing. I will miss it until I put it back out in the spring.
Love my fountain! Alpine stands by their products (replacement pump needed) - This beautiful fountain was exactly what I was looking for over the last couple of years. It's very attractive and looks more realistic than the other fountains I've seen. We've had it on our deck all summer long and in the evenings with its lights and sounds its very pleasant. No water leakage. It requires monitoring the water level daily. With the hot summer and my dogs drinking out of it I had to add some water every other day. After 6 months the pump stopped working. Alpine provided good troubleshooting steps online. After going through the steps, the pump still failed to work. I contacted Alpine and they were very responsive. I provided the information they needed for the pump warranty and they were quick to let me know they would replace the pump at no charge under the warranty. Very good customer service.
Great fountain with a couple faults. - Great fountain. Very Beautiful. Pump design is great honestly - prevents clogs. The bad points - its packed in Styrofoam, and when you open the box, it goes everywhere - do it outside or someplace where it all can blow away. Trust me on this. But there are a couple bad things. I am not sure if this is a 4 or 3.5 review. First one is, there are mesh pieces in the fountain that are using to keep it from splashing, etc, but the top one on mine, wasnt glued properly, and the end result is that water from the pump hits the top of the top level, and water drips down from the top underside. The second thing is, in some places, the paint/coating came off and it was after only using it for like a week. I think it was a bad paint job. It isnt the end of the world on either of those things. The LED light in it is very bright and it looks great at night.
We love - Delivered intact and packaged well. Easy set-up. Top tiered LED light was not working, but company sent a replacement. Love the look of the fountain and the soothing sound it makes. A nice addition to our backyard. Would highly recommend!

Good for one summer only. - Loved this fountain until it suddenly stopped working after the second summer! It cost way too much to only get one and half summers out of it! Pump stopped working completely and it leaks!! Contacted customer service who gave retailer links to spend more money on replacement parts. Do not buy if you want longevity!! Super disappointed
Hole that appeared out of no where - Bought this fountain in April 2025. Easy set up sounded great and was a great fountain. Well 2 weeks later pump went out, contacted seller they said pump was on back order. Replacement came in July after I reached back out for the product. Fountain up and running great again. This morning go out the water plants noticed minimal water in bottom. Thought with heat maybe for some reason it evaporated even though I check every 2 days top it off. Filled it completely walked dog came back and no water in bottom again. I thought maybe it had a leak. Not a leak but a quarter size hole in bottom. Looks like a week spot was in bottom and broke. No damage was done. The hole is perfectly smooth on all edges. I have not contacted seller again but will be today to see about the hole. Item has 1 year warranty we'll see if they honor. Im so disappointed I really liked this fountain and the the cost I've only enjoyed for about 4 weeks total since April. Ugh
Pump is defective does not work/ seller sent replecement pump - I love the water fountain, easy to install, and I found my favorite place. Unfortunately, I turned on the water fountain three separate times, only to get a trickle of water coming down. The pump must be defective. very large to return. How do I contact the seller to get them to send me a new pump? After I made this post, I contacted the company, produced a video and proof of purchase, and I was sent a replacement pump. I received the pump today, and it works perfectly. I was very pleased that I was contacted by Amazon as well to see if the problem was resolved. Great customer service by both Amazon and the seller.
Beautiful with a small footprint, goes well in a corner. - Small Footprint, beautiful design. I’ve only had this fountain for about a week now but so far it exceeded my expectations. Well worth the money. Everything was easy to set up and it was running in 15 minutes. I love it. I had my old one for years until it started cracking. I’m hoping I get several years out of this. It should be easy for me to store over the winter. I hope your purchase is as good as mine. Enjoy !

Broken after only a week (and with very limited use) - I’ve had this for a week and it’s already broken!!!! The fitting that connects the main water tube to the pump broke. This fountain was not cheap; it should not give out so quickly!!! I will update this review if the company helps me fix this.
Hmm - Have enjoyed this water fountain seasonal use. Live in Ohio. Stored in the shed for the winter. Only had three years. And the bottom is cracked.
Fountain looks nice but pump was broken! - The fountain looks very nice. However, the pump came with the fountain was broken. I want to keep it so I contact Amazon support to get a partial refund to purchase a new pump for it. Updated: Customer service contacted me and send me a new pump for it. Great customer service!.
Don’t. It won’t last a year. - Used July through mid September and out in dry storage in October. Brought it out this year and it started losing water quickly. Turns out almost the entire bottom is cracked or has holes. Trying to ‘save’ is, but….POS. Do not purchase!!!
Run! Product Quality Issues! And They Don’t Stand Behind Their Product - Complete junk! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have had two of these. The first one lasted just a bit over two years and began leaking and was unusable. I got a second and it made it two years and nine days. Same leak…the same place on both. You can see how it splits on the bottom. I even have this on a concrete pad so it is level on the bottom. Still cracked both times. Reached out to company. They said it is out of two year warranty and nothing they can do. Product quality is not good and they do not stand behind their product.

Was a great fountain until it wasn’t. - We really like this fountain in our yard. It is bigger than expected; so be sure to measure. It works well, seems well made and is reasonably realistic. It looks durable too. No problems setting up and getting it to run. Once set up we realized the “back door “ was missing. Messaged the company and they sent one out as soon as we provided proof of delivery. No leaks and not too noisy. Motor is silent, just the water falling makes noise, which we like to hear at night! Also not too expensive for what it is. UPDATE: have had two months and now it’s spring a leak and run dry. Return window has closed. Not happy!

Almost 5 Stars! - I am pretty happy, overall. I was concerned because of the small number of bad reviews and I did notice a small crack (Remember, it is only resin and fiberglass) the next day, but I can easily fix it as it isn't in a crucial place. The motor was a little glitchy and needed a shake that second day, but I will just use it until it no longer wakes with a shake. (Both of which is why I deducted a star) It feels a little hard to return after set up, anyway. This fountain looks great, sounds amazingly zen and my family loves it!

So beautiful - Absolutely beautiful and sounds great! I have people all the time commenting on this beautiful waterfall. The pump didn’t last too long (a year) but I just went to Lowe’s and bought a new one for 50 bucks and it’s running great again.!
Alpine does not stand behind their product - WASTE OF MONEY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought this fountain last summer. Within four weeks the paint started peeling and flaking. Contacted the company and they suggested that I buy their touch up paint but when I tried to order it through them it was out of stock at Alpine as well as here on Amazon and at all three major hardware stores in our area. I had the fountain stored in our garage wrapped in a tarp all winter and when I took it back outside this past month, the remaining paint had flaked off entirely. I now have an almost entirely off-white fountain with no paint on any of the “rocks”. I contacted Alpine again and they are still out of stock of their touch up paint and I asked for an exchange which they are refusing to do because I bought their fountain through Amazon. If you’re going to take a chance on this (which I suggest you don’t), I would suggest being ready to return it to Amazon as soon as even a little paint starts peeling and be aware that Alpine willtake no responsibility for their product if you buy it through Amazon.
Why would you paint the rocks ORANGE? - Manufacturer/seller's photos are not accurate. About half of the rocks are painted ORANGE. So ugly, not realistic. Extremely disappointing and I would return it if it wasn't outside of the return window.
Perfect for my garden - I’m really happy with this artificial fountain! The size is just right—not too big or too small, giving off a very natural look. Disappointed with the package condition. Crack on back of fountain. - Received my package looking like it went through an aggressive rugby match (see photos). I don’t know if it was careless shipping or if it was this way in their warehouse. It is working and is a beautiful fountain so I don’t want to go through the return process. I hope it has longevity. Also did not come with any instructions.
