Read review - It’s pretty, that’s about it. Not loud enough. And in order to adjust the level of water pressure you have to do it after you fill it up. But they way your do it is on the pump? So you have to pull the pump back out to adjust. Also to turn off and on, I guess you have to unplug both plugs? No off or on button? If I’ve got all this wrong let me know.
Perfect ambiance and practicality! - I was looking for a fountain that had a significant look to it with some height and cascading water for actually inside my house, as I am an avid plant collector. It not only sounds and looks beautiful with the lighting and the water falling down, but it creates humidity for the plants. I am highly satisfied with this product. It came well packaged and easy to assemble. Just be mindful that you need two outlets, one for the light and one for the fountain which I had planned ahead of time!! This has created the perfect ambiance in my home and I'm looking forward to years down the road , listening and looking. Make your space yours!!

So Zen! - Love my fountain, it adds such a Zen aspect to my outdoor shower area. I bought a solar pump and swapped it out for the pump that comes with it. I had to do a little finagling with the hose adapters that came with the solar pump in order to connect it, but one I did, it worked very well. I don't use the lights. I did add a few pebbles to the first basin to get more of a trickle sound vs. just a constant pour.

looks nice - Looks nice and sounds great. I added a small drip to the fountain because I didn't want to keep adding water
Damaged - Got here damaged
Lovely addition to back porch - Once I added both the real and silk fern, my waterfall looks more natural on my back porch. I love sitting outside more often now because of the tranquil sound of the water flowing. It’s created a whole new atmosphere outside. I love it! The only thing I would change is to make the little LED lights blue instead of bright white. They're too bright to use at night. Blue lights would create such a better ambiance. For that reason, I unplugged the lights and don't use them.

Fuente en mal estado - La fuente venía quebrada
Worth every penny! - I LOVE my fountain! At first I had trouble with the water reducing to a trickle. When I felt inside the back, it was because leaves had been sucked in and were interfering with the pump. I put a little piece of sponge in the bottom pool hole so only water can go through and it solved the problem. My fountain has run 24/7 since I purchased it - so about seven months now and it runs like a top. I add more water every 3-4 days. I use filtered water because we have lots of wildlife drinking from it. I also add some wildlife safe algae preventer to keep the water clean and clear. The fountain is beautiful and I love the trickling water sound, but at night when the lights are on it is really a showstopper! This is a fantastic value for the price!

Broken - Very upset, I was waiting for this many days, I was so happy when I got the box, but oh surprise, was completely broken.. very unhappy
Looks good - Nice addition to my camper garden
Beautiful Water Feature Sold By A BAD Company! - I love this fountain but two days after setting it up the lights stopped working. Customer support is pretty much non existant. I know there are not to many options for this sort of item but I personally think you are better off going with a different company .
Cute Fountain - My intention for this fountain was so that my spoiled princess dog had access to clean water to drink this summer. Yes I bought my dog a fountain, don't judge me. I love it! I added the cute little fishing gnome for fun! I love it so much!

Nice, but leaks-Updated - Great little fountain. The water flow is peaceful. I like the little lights. The one flaw is, they put a crease in the stone that allows water to leak out. Therefore, I would not recommend this for an indoor space. I assume once the water is down, it won’t leak as much, however, these pumps are finicky and can break without enough water. So it’s a bit of a conundrum. To me it looks to be a bit of a manufacturer defect. Update: when the water goes down the leaking stops. So keeping it half full is the key.
Reasonably priced - $100 is decent for the the price of a fountain this size. However, using bricks, you can match the color and paint to increase the height of this. Making a short 2 foot fountain into a little over 3 ft with some creativity. Lights are nice add-ons, very bright at night. My only qualm is the filter tends to clog up every 2-3 weeks due to debris. But other than that it is a strong pump for the fountain.

Broken on arrival - Broken on arrival and returns suck for this product be careful!
Love it! - Perfect note for my tiny garden. Pretty and makes a relaxing sound. The light at night is charming. I connected it to a smart plug, so mine only runs during the daytime, which reduces the frequency of refilling. It does seem to need to be refilled every two or three days, even so. For the price, I am very happy with this little fountain: it's just what I wanted. The birds haven't used it yet (that I have seen), but they've certainly been checking it out.

Great Fountain! - Turned out to be a nic e little fountain!
So cute - It's just the right size.. not too big to clean. Has a nice sound abd the birds love it!
Cracked Water fountain - Didn't open item for a few months. Placed outside and now there is a crack that you can barely see. Since my last comment it has cracked in half. I would like a total reimbursement but the Company is not responding to me.
La fuente - Me encanto muy hermosa la fuente
Works great. - Works and looks great. I love it.
Arrived broken - The fountain is nice but I don’t know if it works because I couldn’t turned on. It arrived broken. So sad that it happened. The box was looking ok but once I open it was in pieces.
Beautiful but stopped working - The first few weeks it worked beautifully. I love the led lights at night! Very relaxing and was a perfect addition to my porch. However It stopped working about a week ago. I’m unsure if it’s the pump or what. See picture! Contacting support has been a headache. Not sure I’d recommend this unless I can get it fixed.
Perfect - We put the fountain in the back yard for the birds, squirrels and rabbits. It’s great fun to watch them.
Beautiful and soothing sounds - We bought this fountain to honor a recently deceased dog who loved water and swimming. The fountain is beautiful, well-made, durable, and the flowing waters casts a soothing sound. Unfortunately, after only a few short months, the pump on the fountain stopped working. I contacted Amazon, who sent me to the seller, Alpine. Alpine's customer service was lovely; they apologized for the broken pump, saying this happens rarely, and they sent a replacement pump for free. And now I am again enjoying those lovely soothing sounds!
